MyCallDriver is not a taxi service. You do not get a different vehicle; you keep yours. The platform connects you with a verified driver who handles the wheel.

How a call driver booking works
The flow is short:
- Open the app or the booking page, set your pickup address and the time.
- Describe what you need , hourly, full-day, airport drop, or intercity.
- See the indicative pricing before you submit. Hourly bookings have a four-hour minimum.
- The platform routes your request to verified drivers in your area. Interested drivers respond.
- Review the responding driver's profile , verification status, ratings, history , and choose one.
- Communicate directly with the driver to confirm pickup, route, and any other details. Both sides mutually agree before the trip begins.
- The driver reaches your gate. You hand over the keys and travel in your own car.
The platform's indicative number is a starting reference. The final fare is what you and the driver agree before service begins. Fuel, tolls, parking and any food or lodging the driver may need on a multi-day trip are settled directly with the driver.
Indicative pricing as a guideline
Hourly bookings have a four-hour minimum. The platform shows an indicative per-hour or per-day rate before submission as a starting reference for your discussion with the responding driver. Extending the booking during the trip is one conversation , you and the driver align on the extension and any adjustment.
For intercity trips, the indicative number is shown per day. Multi-day round-trips show the total for the typical number of days. Tolls, parking, fuel and any food or lodging the driver may need are not part of the platform's indicative number , they are settled between you and the driver directly during or at the end of the trip.
Cancellation through the platform is free up to 10 minutes before the agreed pickup time. After that a small fee applies as a courtesy to the driver who is on their way.
Driver verification
Drivers on the platform may be required to complete various verification and profile validation processes , identity verification, mobile number verification, driving licence validation, document review, and other procedures determined by the platform , to help maintain quality and reliability. Can I get the same driver every time?

Can the driver drive my SUV, sedan, or hatchback?

What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking through the platform are supported where you and the driver agree to settle in-app. Amounts paid directly to the driver (tolls, fuel, driver meals on a multi-day trip) are settled between you and the driver as you both prefer.
