Indicative pricing as a guideline

Hourly bookings have a four-hour minimum. The platform shows an indicative per-hour or per-day rate before submission as a starting reference for your discussion with the responding driver. Extending the booking during the trip is one conversation , you and the driver align on the extension and any adjustment.

For intercity trips, the indicative number is shown per day. Multi-day round-trips show the total for the typical number of days. Tolls, parking, fuel and any food or lodging the driver may need are not part of the platform's indicative number , they are settled between you and the driver directly during or at the end of the trip.

Cancellation through the platform is free up to 10 minutes before the agreed pickup time. After that a small fee applies as a courtesy to the driver who is on their way.
