What this driver work is
This is car driver work, known in Tamil Nadu as acting driver or call driver work. A customer books a driver on the MyCallDriver platform. You go to their address and drive their car. They sit in their own car, you drive.
This is not a taxi job. You do not need your own car, bike or any vehicle for car driver trips. Your driving licence and your skill are enough.
Trips can be short (a few hours in the city), a full day, a night drop after a function, an airport trip, or an outstation trip to another city where you drive there and back.
Who can join
- A valid LMV driving licence.
- Your Aadhaar card, for verification. Customers trust the platform because every driver is Aadhaar-verified.
- An Android smartphone, to receive trip requests.
- Driving experience and knowledge of your city roads.
Both men and women can join. Women drivers can also take scooty and two wheeler trips from women customers.
How you get paid
Simple: the customer pays you directly at the end of the trip. The money does not go through the company first.
The platform charges a small flat fee per trip, not a percentage of your fare. What you and the customer agree for the trip is yours.
There is no fixed monthly salary from the platform. You earn per trip. The more trips you take, the more you earn. Drivers who want regular monthly duty can take monthly bookings from one customer, with pay agreed directly with that customer.
Work you can choose
- Hourly city trips: shopping, hospital visits, office drops. Minimum 4 hours per booking.
- Night trips: drops after parties and functions. Good pay for night hours.
- Airport trips: early morning and late night airport drops and pickups.
- Outstation trips: drive the customer's car to another city. Day-wise engagement. Food and stay on multi-day trips are settled with the customer directly.
- Monthly duty: daily driving for one customer, like office pick up and drop.

- Install the MyCallDriver Driver App from the Play Store.
- Register with your mobile number.
- Upload your driving licence and complete Aadhaar verification.
- Wait for verification approval on your profile.
- Go online in the app. Trip requests from customers near you will start coming.

I do not have my own car. Can I get driver work?
Yes. This is the main point of MyCallDriver work: you drive the customer's car. You do not need your own car or bike for car driver trips. Only your LMV driving licence, Aadhaar and a smartphone are needed.
Is this a monthly salary driver job?
No, the platform does not pay a fixed monthly salary. You earn per trip, and the customer pays you directly at the end of each trip. If you want regular monthly work, you can take a monthly duty booking with one customer and agree the monthly amount directly with them.
Can I do part time driver work?
Yes. You go online in the app only when you are free. Many drivers do this work in the evenings, at night, or on weekends along with another job. There is no minimum duty time per week.

Three things: a valid LMV driving licence, your Aadhaar card, and an Android smartphone. Upload the licence and complete Aadhaar verification in the driver app when you register.
